All along the route runners will come across board stands who supply them with isotonic beverages, water, energy bars/gels and other nutrition. The stands will be placed evenly along the route in no more than 3.5 kilometers distance to guarantee an ideal supply of all runners.
Additional stands with sponges for cool-down will be set up in great heat.
For organizational reason it is impossible to take your own nutrition to any nutrition stand.
